You can request a return if:
The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 7 days of delivery
The item is unused, in original condition, and has tags & packaging intact
Products like undergarments, personalized/customized items, or sale items are non-returnable unless damaged.

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet our policy.
